What forms of payment do you accept?

You may order online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or PayPal. Your PayPal account can debit either a credit card or checking account. All orders are PREPAID.

Where can I buy B.O.N® products?

You can purchase B.O.N® products from any of our valued retailers listed on our RETAILERS page.

We also retail B.O.N® products directly on our website – see PRODUCTS page for shopping cart links. You can also purchase on Amazon.com and E-Bay.com where we are listed as a retailer under the name COZA Corp.

How will my order ship?

We offer FedEx Ground option for $XXX. All B.O.N® products are shipped via USPS Monday through Friday, until 3 p.m. Pacific, from Phoenix, AZ. You have the option to accept delivery with or without a signature required.

Orders ship within three business days of being placed. Delivery times range from one to five days and depend on location, time, and day of the week the order is placed. Delivery can take up to seven days for an order to reach the East Coast.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

Next day shipping orders placed before 1 p.m. Pacific will deliver the following day (unless ordered on a Friday). Orders placed after 2 p.m. may not ship until the following day and be delivered the day after. Orders made after 2 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

XXX delivers until 7:00 p.m. local time. Some areas receive later deliveries. The tracking number and information is included in your order confirmation email.

Expedited shipping options may not be available in some rural areas. We will contact you by telephone or email if there is an issue with your request.

Do you ship your products internationally?

Shipping to Canada is available via the USPS. Shipments to Canada may require further import duties. Delivery times may vary; at this time PO Box and expedited shipping are not available. Tracking number and information is included in your order confirmation email.

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee complete satisfaction to every one of our clients and customers. If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase for any reason, please return your product for a full refund (less the cost of shipping) within 60 days of purchase.
